Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent to the WVAJ office in writing. For a complete refund, your cancellation must be received no later than February 3rd. For cancellations February 4 - 8, you will be refunded 50 percent of the registration fee. There will be no refunds after February 8th, but seminar materials will be sent to you.
