Legislative Advocacy
The West Virginia Association for Justice is the only West Virginia organization that fights every day to protect the civil plaintiffs' practices of attorneys working in the Mountain State. We works with elected officials at all levels of government to protect access to our courts, our 7th Amendment right to trial by jury in civil cases, and our civil justice system; to improve consumer protection; and to increase workplace safety.
